The nurses rushed Rebecca inside.
Hours passed.
The pain grew worse.
Rebecca felt as if her body was tearing apart. She screamed, cried, and begged.
“I’m sorry,” she shouted between tears. “I’m sorry for everything I did wrong. God, please forgive me.”
Minutes later, Rebecca screamed one final time—
and then a baby’s cry filled the room.

Rebecca collapsed back onto the bed, crying tears of relief.
Daniel fell to his knees, thanking God.
The nurses stared in shock.

Rebecca named her child Grace.
