I made the creamiest, melt-in-the-mouth Flan Cake

1️⃣ Vanilla Sponge Cake (2 layers)
Ingredients
5 large eggs (room temperature)
150 g sugar
150 g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
50 ml milk
40 g melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Preparation
1️⃣ Beat eggs and sugar for 8–10 minutes until light and fluffy (very airy).

2️⃣ Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.

3️⃣ Gently fold in the dry ingredients (do not deflate the mixture).

4️⃣ Mix milk, butter, and vanilla extract separately.

5️⃣ Slowly add this mixture to the egg mixture and fold it in. Pour into a greased and floured 24 x 18 cm rectangular cake pan.

6️⃣ Bake at 170°C (340°F) — 30 to 35 min.
Cool COMPLETELY.

Ingredients
800 ml evaporated milk or whole milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk (395 g)
5 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Caramel
120 g sugar
3 tablespoons water
