Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). - Make Burger Patties:
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs (if using), salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions.
Shape each portion into a large patty roughly the same diameter as your pizza crusts. - Cook Patties:
Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
Cook the patties for about 4–5 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.
Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain any excess grease. - Assemble the Pizza Stack:
Place one pizza crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza pan.
Spread a layer of pizza sauce on the crust, sprinkle with some cheddar and mozzarella.
Add 2 burger patties, sprinkle with more cheese, add bacon slices and some pickles.
Place the second pizza crust on top. Spread more sauce, cheese, then add the other 2 patties.
Top with remaining cheese, pickles, bacon, diced tomatoes, and red onion.
- Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is crisp. - Finish:
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Top with shredded lettuce and drizzle with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce. - Serve:
Slice like a pizza and serve with plenty of napkins — it’s a delicious, messy masterpiece! - see continuation on next page
