Boil the water:
In a large pot, bring 1.5 liters of water to a boil.
Add the ingredients:
Once the water boils, add the hibiscus flowers, bay leaves, and cinnamon.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Steep:
Turn off the heat and let the mixture steep for another 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Strain:
Strain the infusion to remove the flowers, leaves, and cinnamon.
