I really like children, especially two or three-year-olds. They’re so cute! There’s just one problem: parents abuse them. They don’t lend them to just anyone, and they get angry even if you look at them. I send all my love and countless blessings to that little girl. And where are you from, Mommy?
Oh Lord my God! Mercifully grant that this child may be fed at the breast of Your tender grace and Your loving providence, and nourished by the fruit of Your heavenly trees. Allow him to be entrusted to the care of no one except You, since You Yourself created him and gave him existence through Your sovereign will and power. There is no other God but You, the Almighty, the All-Wise. Praised be You, O my Beloved; may the sweet aromas of Your transcendent munificence and the fragrances of Your sacred gifts blow upon him. Let him seek refuge in the shadow of Your most exalted Name, O Thou who holds in Thy hand the realm of names and attributes. Verily, Thou art mighty to do what Thou wilt, and Thou art indeed the Mighty, the Exalted, the Ever-forgiving, the Clement, the Generous, the Merciful.
